The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 2 is soliciting proposals for grants from federally recognized Indian Tribes or Inter-Tribal consortia for activities in Region 2 Indian Country to: Improve the quality of environmental data, Train tribal environmental professionals on legal and technical aspects of compliance and enforcement issues, Enhance tribal inspector capacity through specialized inspector training, and Address compliance issues associated with solid waste, tribal schools, and public water systems.
